For SMS information, the specific restrictions in this addendum control over broader sharing language elsewhere in that policy.

Information we collect and why

We collect the name, mobile number, optional email and request you submit, your selected text categories, the exact disclosures shown, the form source and receipt time, and subsequent message, consent and opt-out records. Our website and messaging providers also process technical and delivery information needed to receive forms, prevent abuse, deliver messages and troubleshoot problems.

We use this information to respond to requests, operate the messaging categories you choose, maintain preferences, provide support and document permission. Form submissions are reviewed by authorized Pro Xteriors staff. Submitting an email address on this form does not enroll you in email marketing.

No marketing sharing of SMS information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This protection applies to personal information collected through our text-preferences form and SMS program.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose only information needed to service providers, including SetReign, our hosting and database providers, and messaging carriers/providers, to operate and support messaging on our behalf, or as legally required. Those providers may not use your SMS consent for their own marketing. These SMS restrictions apply even where other website terms discuss business transfers or broader information sharing.

Your choices

Service and marketing texts are separate and optional. Service frequency varies with requests and projects; marketing is limited to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You may also contact customer care to change preferences.

Records and assistance

We retain records as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Some suppression or legally required records may need to remain after a deletion request.
